The lid locks flat with a flip-latch and sealed gasket, it's built to travel closed in a bag, not just sit on a desk.
Will the dog charm fall off?
It's fixed to a braided lanyard with a metal carabiner clip, the same hardware used on keychains, it unclips on purpose, not by accident.
Does the print hold up in the dishwasher?
The leopard pattern is baked onto the steel rather than printed on a removable wrap, so top-rack washing won't strip it. Hand-washing will always extend it the longest.
Will it fit in a standard car cup holder?
Yes, the base is sized for a standard cup holder, with the lanyard tucking neatly to one side.
